This policy defines PSCs absolute commitment to protecting the health and safety of all those who can either directly or indirectly be affected by its business activities and to minimizing any adverse effects to the environment.
Scope
This Policy applies to all PSC offices located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Policy
At no time will PSC compromise the health and safety of its employees or those engaged on our activities and will always seek business solutions that recognize and respect the environment.
This is consistent with the principles set out in the global compact to which PSC subscribes.
Establishing sustainable solutions is an integral part of PSCs planning process and it will continue to work with its clients, contractors and suppliers to reduce waste and
emissions, conserving natural resource through the development of environmentally friendly technologies.
PSC will ensure that appropriate arrangements are in place to protect the health of its employees and all those that are affected by its activities.
PSC will comply with all the legislative requirements that are appropriate to its business and will apply relevant industry standards.
In areas it operates that may lack such controls, or have controls that do not realise PSCs internal standards, PSC will apply its own standards.
PSC will provide encouragement and support to those with which it interacts to achieve these standards.

Executive President
The mission towards Quality Assurance is to maintain the standards of quality and for the development and application of the systems and procedures necessary to meet or exceed the quality requirements of all customers.
PSC will be acknowledged by our customer as a standard setter in quality management. We aim to ensure that we understand the needs of our customers and deliver products and services that satisfy those needs.
Responsibility and implementation
Responsibility for compliance with this policy lies with the Executive President, the Operations Manager and the Department Heads. It is also the responsibility of individuals to take ownership and responsibility for the quality of their own work. Everyone must endeavor to make themselves aware of the potential consequences and risks associated with the non-compliance of this policy. PSCs department heads will implement this policy through their documented business management system and conduct periodic audits/reviews to verify compliance and promote continual improvement.
Objectives
- Ensure that our quality policy and standards are understood and followed at all levels in the Establishment
- Provide appropriate training to all staff and assess their competence, Identify and assess business risks and opportunities including planned changes
- To meet this commitment will develop and implement a systematic approach to quality management within the regulatory and other requirements in accordance
- with the appropriate national and international standards
- Set objectives and targets which promote continual improvement in performance measure, appraise and report on quality performance
- Maintain open communication with customers and evaluate customer satisfaction
- The Quality system conducts frequent and vigorous internal audits to ensure the highest possible level of quality in support of service offering by PSC.
- Identify, investigate and correct quality issues and take the appropriate action to prevent recurrence
- Engage with sub-contract companies and suppliers who endeavor to ensure that their quality standards match our own
- Periodically review the suitability and effectiveness of this policy, our management systems, targets and objectives
